At UPSCnotes.in, we sell digital products (PDFs). Since our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy once the download link has been generated or delivered.
However, we understand that technical glitches can happen. If your payment was successful but you did not receive the download link or failed to download the file, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
In such cases, you can email us at support@upscnotes.in with your transaction details. After verification, we will manually send the PDF to you via Telegram or Email.
Note: Refund requests based on "accidental purchase" or "change of mind" will not be entertained for digital goods.
