1. Digital Products & Non-Returnable Nature

All products sold on our website are digital goods (PDF notes, e-books, and downloadable study materials). Due to the intangible and digital nature of these products, once an order is successfully placed and the download/access link is provided, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Since our system automatically grants access or processes digital files upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
• We advise users to review product descriptions, sample pages (if available), and exam requirements carefully before completing any purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions

We do not issue refunds for digital purchases under normal circumstances. However, a refund or replacement may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If a user's account has been debited twice for a single product due to a technical glitch from the payment gateway.
• Non-Delivery of Content: If the payment was successful, but the system failed to generate the download link or provide vault access, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

To claim a refund under these exceptional cases, users must raise a request within 3 days of the transaction with valid proof of payment.
